Incipio, LLC (“Incipio”) takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience. Incipio stands behind its products with the following warranties:

One Year Limited Warranty

Incipio warrants its products with a ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty”). This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended. This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at Incipio's discretion. This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-Incipio product used in connection with an Incipio product. This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident or tampering. Incipio’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Incipio.

Conditions of Warranty

Products purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the original place of purchase within the stores return period.

If your purchase has passed the stores return period you may contact support@incipio.com to receive a warranty replacement. All warranty requests must contain a copy of your valid proof of purchase.

Warranties on products purchased from https://www.Incipio.com must be processed online at https://incipio.com/support/rma-form. The replacement product is covered by that replacement product’s stated warranty. All Incipio warranties are non-transferrable.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Standard delivery times are 4-10 business days from the date your order is collected by the courier.

Please note: during peak periods or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Incipio reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, carriers, or delivery promotions at any time without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates for limited-time offers.

Order Changes

Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
Incipio reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud or inventory issues.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@incipio.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@incipio.com for instructions.

Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense.
Please use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing insurance for items valued over $75, as Incipio cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
