With the announcement of the highly anticipated Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL, you might be asking yourself why you would need to make the change. With exciting new features, we have curated four reasons why you should upgrade:
1. NEW CAMERA
The Pixel 4 and 4 XL will come equipped with a dual-camera system with new HDR features.
Google’s new Live HDR+ captures a burst of up to nine pictures that are deliberately underexposed to avoid blowing out details.
Additional features include, 2x telephoto lens, hybrid of optical and digital zoom, wider range portrait mode, and improved night mode.
2. HANDS FREE
According to Google the Pixel 4 and 4 XL has the fastest face unlocking system on any smartphone. This is powered by Google’s new motion-sensing Soli chip.
Not only does the Soli chip assist you in unlocking your phone, but the system has a new feature – Motion Sense. This allows users to change a song, snooze alarms, and dismiss a call all with just a wave of your hand.
3. DESIGN UPGRADE
The first major design change we notice is in the size and shape of the camera. The Pixel 3 sported a single face camera, but the Pixel 4 camera has been redesigned into a square which holds the new dual-camera system.
The Pixel 4 and 4 XL also debuted three new colors; Just Black, Clearly White, and a limited edition, Oh So Orange.
You will notice a difference in materials used for the Pixel 4 compared to the Pixel 3. The handset has an aluminum frame with a rubberized black coating which helps provide a solid grip to the device, while the back is made of either a glass or matte finish.
4. AFFORDABLE
Google Pixel 4- Starts at $799 for the 64GB of storage model, while the 128GB Pixel 4 is $899.
