3 weeks and I have yet to receive the phone case

Id rate it 0/5 if it was an option. I have not received the phone case despite placing the order 3 weeks ago. I had selected the 7-10 day shipping option. I contacted customer support and they replied saying it could take up to 6 weeks.

Very disappointed

I loved the Incipio case on my iPhone SE and looked forward o receiving the, "Stasher" for my 13Mini. Unfortunately, when it arrived I was incredibly disappointed in the difficulties associated with storing cards. First off, if I tried to store 3 cards (as I did with my SE), it was near impossible to remove them. Adding to the tightness problem is the short travel of the 13's, "drawer", which slides (sort of) rather than unfolding as did the SE. To resolve the problem, I bought a competitor's much cheaper - but leather - case. Although much thicker and bulkier than the Incipio, it was less than half the price and functions much better than the Incipio.

Very difficult to remove cards from stash back case

Terrific product.

This is the 4th one I've purchased in 6 years. The first one for Iphone 13. Better design , full functionality. Hold my license, debit and credit card. I think it is a great product. I also like the recycle policy on the old case.
