Materials changed 👎🏼

I’ve had this case for many, many iPhone generations. The material has now changed to a cheap, extremely slippery plastic. The phone drops out of my hands at least twice a day and it is only a matter of time before the phone breaks because of this unfortunately, this fantastic design has finally failed.

Case doesnt fit

Had the duo case since iphone 5. This case is not good. Worst fit yet. The process to get this fixed is not acceptable or fast enough.
