NOT Guaranteed for life

I bought this case in Dec. 2021. It lasted until Oct. 2022 before the inner frame cracked. Had no issues getting a replacement. The replacement broke in May 2023. No more replacements are offered since it has been after (90) days. Saying something is guaranteed for life means the life of the product it is on. I upgrade my phone every (2) years so it is expected for my phone case that is guaranteed for life* to be guaranteed for at least (2) years. I had the same case for my last phone but will not be purchasing their products again.

Klunky, Faulty

The best thing I can say about it is that it protects your phone from average height drops. No damage to the phone at all. The case is a bit bulkier than I like, even for the level of protection I want. Some wireless chargers will not work for it as a result, and it is also noticeably heavy. The flap that snaps over the lightning port has broken after two and a half months of use from normal wear, so now the flap just dangles open at the bottom of the phone (you have to unsnap it every time you plug anything into it. This is very disappointing because I hoped to get at least a year of use out of this thing.

Too thin, too feminine

I had a Survivor for my iPhone 7 which was rugged and rubbery and you could grip it easily and it did not slip off surfaces. This new thing is useless! It's just as hard and slippery as the phone, and there is no cover to protect the screen. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I am 72 years old.... your flip menu only goes to 64
