Duo for MagSafe for iPhone 14 Pro Max

I had my case for less than 5 months when it literally started disintegrating. It was brittle and started breaking from one of the corners fairly quickly. I filed a warranty claim, which was a total pain. I have the warranty replacement but already ordered an OtterBox so that my phone doesn't go several days without protection in the likely event the case breaks again.

I have owned several of the Incipio Duo cases, but this case isnt like the others. The outer shell is plastic(similar to an otterbox). Disappointed that they change this case and didnt advertise those changes.

i've used these duo cases on all my phones. they have always been the best. but it seems you guys decided that cheap hard slippery plastic was the way to go for the future. i just bought two more. and now i think i want my money back. these new ones are just cheap crap designed to fly out of your hands and get destroyed. what a joke.

This years Incipio Duo Case in Black for iPhone 14 Pro Max has very poor grip and is therefore unsuitable for purpose for protecting such an expensive item. Incipio, please make an effort to correct this issue.

Exactly what I expected. Differences from the 13 pro max to the 14 pro max caused me to not want to use it. It didnt have the same grippy feel to it, that kind of rubberized finish, and the side buttons were not fully enclosed, only attached on the ends of each button. I hope in the future Incipio will go back to how they used to make them
