Duo for Samsung Galaxy S21+

Great customer service and prompt replacement of my samsung case in same color!

I bought the Galaxy S21 plus DUO case , however when taking the phone out of the case the outer shell bent. Now the case is uneven and wont properly fit over the case.

Top right corner of out shell does not snap on fully to inner shell and is just loose. Poor design and poor cheap quality plastic.

My Last case, dropped the phone 1 week into owning it, 8 stories, not a scratch. That 3 year old Incipio case is much better quality than this 2 piece junk for this phone.

I've learned the hard way that phones I use need a case. No case can be as slim as the phone but this comes close and gives my phone the protection it needs in my care.
